“ To all the DiMenna crew that worked so hard on July 29th for my parents 50th anniversary party I want to say thank you for making things go smoothly. I know my party was a lot of moving around guests mingling with family they have not seen in ages in the private room but you did fantastic serving us in the jovial madness. Thank you for sorting out the 2 missing chairs for my extra guests and lighting up all the tea lights that were on the table ready for the guests arriving at 5pm while I was slightly late to arrive due to lovely South Shore/ Montreal construction traffic. You guys did marvelous! This Vancouver family is very happy to have used you guys to get all the Montreal family together. Fam. H. Blok and Nonni Civitillo hope you all the best! ”

“ Great place with great service. We tried calamari fritti, pizza with Italian sausage and rapini (which was garlicky and amazing and we will be coming back for more) and cannelloni with meat which was also very tasty with fresh cheese on top, with Syrah Sicilian wine that takes you back to Italy with only one sip. They give you fresh bread with butter on side and garlic bread in shape of pizza on top of everything. ”
“ A legendary Italian joint. This is home-cooked goodness that feels like it’s been handed down through generations. Unapologetically old world Italian food. So fn good! Then new interior can come off as a little kitschy - especially the bar. But the black seats and table linens definitely warm things up and give the place a chic vibe. Yet at the same time you can feel totally comfortable dressed casual here. Ok so they don’t list everything on the menu. I’m not sure why, but it’s just that way. So be sure to ask about dishes and see what they’ve got for ya. Lasagna (not listed on menu) was beautiful. Veal meatballs were almost as good as my mom’s. Arancini balls were cooked so perfectly and ouie-gouie on the inside. Yum Oso bucco done right, served on a bed of risotto Tony and Deborah were awesome! Friendly and so professional. Deborah became my crush now - she’s too sweet! ”
“ We found this restaurant by chance and my husband and I are absolutely so glad we did. Not only is the atmosphere beautiful and very romantic (as well as calming and relaxing) the food was perfectly cooked. My husband was tempted to order a second plate of his order of short ribs to go but we were in a hurry to make it to see the Cirque du Soleil. Our waitress was wonderful. We were visiting from the states and before we headed back we made sure to have dinner there again. We even had the same waitress which we were thrilled with. She remembered us and even asked how the show was. This was our favorite place to eat during our trip to Montreal. Definitely check it out. ”
